Kedisa is a distinctive independent researcher and insights professional. She is the founder and principal of Bloom In Wellness. After earning a B.A. in English Literature from UCLA, Kedisa ventured into a career in the field of corporate philanthropy for a global social and impact investment enterprise. Spanning various roles over 5 years, Kedisa used her research and insights acumen to attain results for her portfolio of financial and corporate partners such as KPMG, MUFG, Chase, US Bank, Marsh & McClennan, PWC, Chubb, and the PIMCO Foundation. In turn, these companies enacted financial wellbeing and corporate social responsibility reinvestment and strategic impact initiatives in their defined markets.Kedisa would then go on to earn her MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Mount Saint Mary’s University, providing her the opportunity to further her career experiences to include management consulting, commercial operations, business expansion and scaling, even for her own family-owned private children's education company KAS, Inc.Dually inspired by her own health journey and a passion for lifelong learning and impact, she embarked on a new career path in health and wellness. She is pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health, Botanical Product Design and Manufacturing at Maryland University of Integrative Health, and conducted her training in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. This intensive education will enable her to combine her professional passion for research with her personal passion for wellness.In addition to her research, business, and studies, Kedisa seeks to make an ongoing impact in her community. As a Founding Board Member of Resolute Academy Charter School in South Los Angeles, Kedisa served as Vice-Chairperson for five years. She served a term on the youth working group of the FDIC's Alliance for Economic Inclusion, Los Angeles division, and was the Los Angeles liaison for the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation, the nonprofit charitable arm of the Project Management Institute.
An advocate for empowering young women through education, she served as a mentor with MOSTe, a college-access organization that fosters young women’s educational potential and dreams.
Kedisa holds a certification in Nonprofit Board Governance from the Riordan Leadership Institute and is an alumna of AmeriCorps.
